Thursday beginner workout upper body

Had a pretty good beginner workout today.
 
I am ashamed that just 2 years ago I could do advanced workouts, but because I quit and sat on my ass and over ate for nearly two years, I have regressed back to the beginner stage.
 
I will regain my previous strength.  It won't be easy, and it won't come quickly.  But I will succeed in getting stronger, leaner and faster.
 
If you are over 60, haven't done regular workouts in years, and have a lifetime of poor eating habits, you can do it to. 
 
You have to convince yourself that YOU have the POWER to MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN in your life.  Once you have made up your mind that you are the only one that can make it happen in your life, then take the steps necessary to make fitness over 60 your new reality.

My YouTube channel

I created a YouTube channel to monitor my fat loss success.
 
It is a personal gamble putting my fat self out there for the entire Internet to see. 
 
Will he make it?  There are plenty that bet he won't.
 
When you are betting on yourself, you determine the odds of your own success or failure.  The outcome is determined by my own determination.  If I don't give this personal physical transformation project my very best effort, I should not be surprised if I don't achieve the desired results.  So I will do my best and be patient.  Because there will be delays and set backs.  Part of achieving success is learning to see a project through to the conclusion.  Too many people give up before they reach goal because goal seems impossible to achieve.

Can a man over 60 years old develop six pack abs

Hi, I am over 60 years old.  I was born in 1956 in the United States.  I have started this blog to prove to myself and the world that an obese American that is over 60 years old and out of shape, can change his life. 
 
Can a man over 60 years old develop six pack abs?  That is the question.
 
The answer will come as I workout and diet and forge my body from fat and out of shape into one that is lean and muscular.
 
My intent is to prove that no matter how old you are, that you have the power to change your body and change your life.
